Better Health, Happier Lives

Adult Jiu-Jitsu in Fort Worth

You don't have to be a fighter to train like one.

At Frequency Jiu Jitsu, adults come to the mats for one reason — to feel better, both physically and mentally. Focusing on your body and mind during training helps you better handle the chaos of everyday life outside these doors. Our students are parents, professionals, nurses, teachers, and blue-collar heroes. They’re regular people who’ve discovered that a good roll with good people can fix a bad day faster than anything else.

Why Train Jiu-Jitsu?

Because life is stressful, and this helps. We get it. Between work, bills, and responsibilities, life gets noisy. Jiu-Jitsu is where that noise stops and where you can gain control and confidence. You’ll leave class tired, calm, and proud of yourself and what you’ve accomplished. And you’ll have fun, too! Our culture is laid-back and ego-free. We laugh a lot. We train hard, but we train smart. Nobody’s here to prove anything — we’re here to grow, together. You’ll get stronger, leaner, and more confident at any age and skill level (including none at all!) Plus, you’ll learn real self-defense skills that work in real life. Jiu-Jitsu at Frequency in Fort Worth allows you to:

I’m Kyle and I’m the owner and head instructor at Frequency. I’ve been doing Jiu Jitsu for 15 years, I’ve been a black belt for almost 9 years, and I’ve been teaching for more than 8 years now. I also have a Master’s in Education, and Bachelor’s in Kinesiology. With my unique perspective on mobility and range-of-motion, along with my slower-pace and deliberate style of teaching technique I feel I have something special to offer the Fort Worth Jiu Jitsu Community.
