THE INSTRUCTOR
Owner & Lead Instructor
Kyle
I’m Kyle and I’m the owner and head instructor at Frequency. I’ve been doing Jiu Jitsu for 15 years, I’ve been a black belt for almost 9 years, and I’ve been teaching for more than 8 years now. I also have a Master’s in Education, and Bachelor’s in Kinesiology. With my unique perspective on mobility and range-of-motion, along with my slower-pace and deliberate style of teaching technique I feel I have something special to offer the Fort Worth Jiu Jitsu Community.
