Kyle
I’m Kyle, and I’m the owner and head instructor of Frequency Jiu Jitsu in Fort Worth. I started practicing Jiu Jitsu in 2008, earned my black belt within six and a half years, and began teaching around 2016. I also have a Master’s Degree in Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. With my unique perspective on mobility and range of motion, along with my slower-paced, deliberate teaching style, I feel I have something special to offer the Fort Worth Jiu Jitsu community.

Jake
I’m Jake, currently a purple belt at Frequency Jiu Jitsu. I have a degree in Economics from TCU and work in corporate finance. In my Jiu Jitsu instruction, my goal is to create fun, safe training programs focused on skill development. I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
